These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lucere Acuity Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Skill Log mobile application (the "App").
Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the App.
Skill Log is a gamified productivity application that allows users to set skills and quests, create linked tasks, and track their progress. The App is currently provided as a free service. We reserve the right to introduce advertisements or paid subscription tiers in the future. Any future paid features will be clearly communicated and may be subject to supplemental terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the higher minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account using Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, or email authentication.
The App allows you to create, store, and manage content such as skills, quests, and tasks ("User Content").
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data—including authentication details, diagnostic data via Firebase Crashlytics, and data stored via Supabase—are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
The App, including its original code, design, text, graphics, gamification mechanics, features, and functionality (excluding User Content), is the exclusive property of Lucere Acuity Ltd and its licensors. It is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lucere Acuity Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, harms other users, or poses a security risk. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in England and Wales.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the App after the new Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
